► We lease the entire area of My Phuoc Swimming Pool in Ben Cat town of Binh Duong province. Total area of 2,200 square meters at front street of 30-meter TC2 (the major 8-lane street leading to the industrial park) at the entrance to My Phuoc Industrial Parks I and II, 30 meters from National Highway 13, the golden location of the most developed and crowded industry-service-urbanity center of Ben Cat town. The area of My Phuoc Swimming Pool includes 3 working pools of thousands of visitors a week. We are currently in connection with 15 local schools of Ben Cat to teach their students how to swim for the entire school year (by the project of anti-drowning in school children at the town). Besides, we have an available 1,000 square meters of residential land at our front, suitable for designing cafe, restaurant or recreational site for children.
