According to provincial Department of Planning and Investment (DoPI), in January 2022, the province had a total of 528 new domestic enterprises in operation with a total registered capital of over VND 6.63 trillion. Among them, the number of newly established enterprises increased by 7.5%. The number of enterprises registering to increase capital decreased by 35.9% compared to the same period last year, but there was an increase by 40.3% in the amount of capital. Thus, the province has so far absorbed 54,518 domestic enterprises with a total registered capital of over VND 536.87 trillion.

Provincial DoPI is coordinating with all-level authorities and sectors in the province to proactively deploy solutions to safely, flexibly adapt to and effectively control the Covid-19 pandemic under the government’s Resolution No. 128/NQ-CP; quickly recovering, promoting production and business activities; stepping up the implementation of solutions to support enterprises, especially the timely implementation of support policies on capital and labor supply, in order to continue well performing the "dual goal" of Covid-19 prevention-control and economic development, ensuring social welfare.
