The province’s budget State collection in the first half of 2010 reached VND8.5trillion, or 61% of the estimation by provincial People’s Committee’s and up 35% compared to the same period of last year. Of the total figure, domestic collection was VND5.7trillion, up 21% while import-export collection achieved VND2.8trillion, up 79%.

Also during the time, the province’s State budget spending was estimated at VND2.925trillion, or 49% of the estimation by provincial People’s Council’s and up 35% compared to the same period last year. Of the total figure, 52% was used for basic construction and the remainders for national defence-security, operations of communes, wards, townships…

Under the new adjustment, the province’s State budget collection in the second half of 2010 is expected to reach VND7.5trillion, up VND2trillion compared to the estimation of the entire year.
