After research and study, he spent his 18sqm of land to make accommodation for this animal. After one year of iguana breeding, this animal lays 1-2 eggs and 6-8 ones for the next year.

This animal’s food is mainly buds and young fruits, pests and especially, dead animals. At present, this animal’s meat is loved across restaurants and hotels.

Ho Sau’s iguana farm now has 40 iguanas under reproduction. Breeding and trading this animal should be registered at local forest management agencies. With experience and real practice, Ho Sau said this animal accounts for a low investment and brings high profits. If investing in several tens of iguanas, breeders will reap tens of millions of VND per year.
