Demand and supply on the rise

2010 showed hot demand of real estate field at some provinces of Dong Nai, Vung Tau, Binh Duong… However, the most highlighted thing was an impressive appearance of Binh Duong New City that impacted on the local real estate market.

Real estate projects in Binh Duong new city have lured investors.

Many projects of Hi-tech Mapletree, Kinderworld International School, Sports complex have put into use. Notably, the Eastern International University will recruit 24,000 students in the school year of 2011-2012. Also in the new city, a ground-breaking ceremony of Thien Hau Lady Temple and Hoi An Temple was took place in the past months. Meanwhile, Lucky Square conference and event center has been put into use since March 4. Besides, centers for culture, banking and finance are under completion.

Therefore, a series of projects of IJC Aroma, Gold Town, TDC Plaza, Unitown in the new city have lured investors. The projects are registered to purchase by clients in a short time.

In early April, 2011, real estate market in the new city became hot when many projects of Rich Town and Green Pearl were introduced to launch into the market.

Besides, projects of Prince Town, Dong Do Dai Pho invested by Becamex IJC will be launched into the market at the soonest time.

In the past April 17, a ceremony to grant 110 taels of gold to lucky clients of IJC Aroma project lured more than 600 participants at New World Hotel. Luong Ngoc Tien, business director of Becamex IJC, said ‘many clients expressed their despair when failure in buying hi-grade apartments at IJC Aroma project’.          

Amid advantages of local real estate market and positive changes in early months of 2011, many investors said that local real estate would promise successes in the coming time.
