The Ministry of Information and Telecommunication hosted a district level seminar on sharing experiences of electronic one-door model for the Southern region at the province on May 7. The HCMC’s Tan Binh district and Binh Duong province’s Thuan An district are the two units applying the district-level electronic one-door model successfully.

Being applied in the HCMC in 2005 for the first time, the district-level electronic one-door model has showed its important role for people, officials and leaders.

The model has brought detailed results of reducing labor, offering information exactly and timely and so on. At the seminar, the Ministry and IT Application Department shared determination of expanding the model. The ministry set out concrete instructions of technical functions of electronic one-door software system.
