In first days of the year, many enterprises in Tan Uyen town expressed their contentment as the town government has done well the epidemic prevention and control, and at the same time cared about enterprises, created chances for them to express their thoughts, aspirations, helped enterprises to overcome difficulties and recover production. Enterprises expressed their wish that Tan Uyen town's leadership to continue investing in traffic infrastructure, upgrading and expanding key roads, solving traffic congestion, reducing traffic accidents, to create a safe and healthy living environment for employees, and build a stable workforce. On the other hand, to control prices to have reasonable rental prices for accommodation, creating favorable conditions for businesses and workers to implement related documents and procedures.

Responding to the thoughts and aspirations of enterprises, Nguyen Van Danh, Party Secretary of Tan Uyen, affirmed that the town leaders considered enterprises as the driving force for economic development, and workers was an important resource of enterprises. The town will always assist enterprises to solve difficulties, create jobs for workers, and contribute to the local socio-economic growth. Mr. Nguyen suggested the town People's Committee regularly held meetings, continued to pay attention to, listen to thoughts and aspirations of businesses. To regularly disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws in order for enterprises to well perform production and business; and at the same time well fulfill social responsibilities, ensure the compliance with laws, creating consensus between businesses and government; pay attention to and invest in social housing to meet workers' demand.

In addition, agencies of the province and the town continue to create favorable conditions for businesses to effectively implement policies and laws. Enterprises also need to implement well policies on salary and bonus for employees, strictly comply with regulations on disease epidemic prevention control; raise vigilance, collaborate well with relevant agencies to well assure social security and order.

Leaders of the Town People's Committee will continue to maintain programs and meetings with enterprises; the town will set up a hotline to promptly receive comments and reports from businesses. Besides, to invest in technical infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure, enhance administrative reform, and create the most favorable conditions for businesses to develop.
