Over nine months of 2021, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the industrial production value of Thu Dau Mot City is estimated to be over VND 32,230 billion, an increase of 0.68% over the same period last year, reaching 56.89% of the plan. In particular, the domestic economic sector reached over VND8,453 billion, up 0.42% over the same period, the foreign-invested economic sector reached over VND 24,777 billion, up 0.77% over the same period.

Currently, Thu Dau Mot City’s leaders are asking its affiliated sectors and units to closely follow the investment attraction work, accelerate the restructuring and integrating support for businesses, review investment incentive policies, in order to improve the growth of industrial production value in 2021.
