Tran Viet Trong, General Director of Viet Hung Joint Stock Co. said that the domestic market for furniture products is very great and full of potential. The company has began setting up its domestic showroom and supermarket chain when seeing signs of the world economic downturn two, three years ago. Thanks to the effort, the company has gained good results of domestic consumption, contributing to helping it secure a stable revenue and promoting its trademark.

Similarly, Truong Thanh WoodWork Co. has constantly expanded its distribution network in the domestic market. As a result, the company has seen considerable increase in the domestic consumption ratio. The company’s domestic consumption ratio last year also accounted 30% for the total revenue. The ratio was estimated to reach more than several hundreds of billions of dong, the considerable figure.

In the current situation, many woodwork businesses have also begun paying more attention to the domestic market with 80mln-population, which is seen as the young market with great purchasing power.
