Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) just held a shareholder congress to debate and ratify summing-up reports of 2009 and action plans for 2010. Accordingly, ACB’s business plan is estimated to reach a total asset of VND210,000bil, a total mobilized capital of VND170,000bil, a total outstanding loan of VND96,000bil, a profit of VND3,600bil and to develop 30 more branches and transaction offices nationwide.

Besides, the shareholder congress also ratified an estimated profit to divide a VND2,295bil dividend for shareholders in 2010.
