In 2021, activities to accompany young people in career and employment are interested in terms of organizing the Youth’s League at all levels with many specific solutions, close to the needs of young people.

At the provincial level, the provincial Youth’s League has organized the implementation of the project to support creative small and medium enterprises in the province to the members in the province; they have organized a contest of "Creative ideas for startups in students in 2021" to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship, innovative thinking and creative capacity development in all fields.

In 2021, the provincial Youth Activity Center, the provincial Young Workers and Labor Support Center (under the provincial Youth’s League) also organized career counseling, job introduction and start-up support for young union members. Specifically, the center organizes the "Start-up knowledge and practical experience" class and the "VND 0 start-up" skill training course for students; at all levels, the delegation organized many classes to visit production models and learn techniques of cultivation and husbandry.
