Since early this year, Ben Cat district has absorbed additional 66 domestic investment projects and 12 FDI ones with a total registered capital of VND599bln and US$39mln. Thus, the whole district has so far lured 789 domestic investment projects valued at VND4.909 trillion and VND170mln and 478 FDI ones worth over US$3bln.

The district’s industrial production has also seen stable growth and businesses herein have continued their production and business activities, contributing to creating jobs for laborers. The district’s industrial production value in the first half of the year was estimated to reach more than VND12.287trillion, up 17% compared to the corresponding period of last year.
