To open a cafeteria, restaurant or to invest into a production model requires great amounts of capital while catering services require no such investment but could yield great profits.Catering services grow together with catering needs of people who no long seek for more delicious dishes but sense of party in the face of socio-economic development. In our investigation, with VND 50-100 million, a trained chef could start up with catering services which offer catering tables at VND 900,000 to VND 2 million, depending on dishes to be served. Averagely, a catering table may yield a net profit of VND 200,000 and a 20-table party may earn servicers VND 4 million a day.
