DAMCO (Singapore)- the world’s leading logistics service provider yesterday opened a multi-purpose logistics center at Di An town to cater transport, import and export for the Southern businesses. Vice chairman of the local People’s Committee Tran Thanh Liem attended the inauguration ceremony.

The 2.6ha center has a total investment capital of US$4mil for the 1st phase. The center will offer logistics services and meet a capacity of one million cubic meters per year.

DAMCO is a member of A.P.Moller Maersk Group, offering logistics services with over 10,000 employees across 270 offices in the world. DAMCO now has 9 logistics centers in Vietnam.
