In 2010, according to company leaders, Dau Tieng One-Member Rubber Co.Ltd. will well tend 29,000 ha of rubber gardens, re-cultivate and grow new rubber trees on a more than 1,600 ha area. The company will also exploit, process and consume 41,000 tons of rubber latex; secure VND1,549bln of total revenue and more than VND533bln of profit. To achieve the above targets, the company will continue to effectively realize its production-trading expansion projects while promoting the operations of the joint venture and joint stock projects. Besides, the company will focus on the  marketing work to have more new clients; ensure stable jobs for laborers with the average monthly income of VND4mln and above.

One of the company’s initial task is to stabilize the management mechanism; adjust the working regulations in line with the form of parent and subsidiaries; have the reasonable labor arrangement to ensure jobs and income for laborers…With the existing advantages, the company will excellently fulfill its targets for 2010 and the following years, according to company CEO Le Minh Chau.
