Early Jan.28, Dau Tieng One-Member Rubber Co. held the staff conference 2010 to review the implementation of the targets set by the Staff conference 2009 and give contributing ideas to orientations and tasks for 2010.

The conference unanimously made efforts to ensure employment for laborers and raise the their lives; maintaine security and order; well realize democratic regulations at grassroots levels…After being developed under one-member form, the company will have reasonable labor arrangement, properly and timely solve welfare, bonus policies and others for its staff. In 2010, the company will strive to reach VND1,549bln of total revenue and more than VND533bln of profit. The monthly average per-capita income will reach VND4mln and above.

The conference also sorted out deputies for the Vietnam Rubber Corporation’s  staff conference 2010.
