Exhibition – effective channel of brand names popularization

Enterprises make it a priority to participate in exhibition fairs to promote trade. It is because that this channel will help to publicize the brand names as well as to grasp market’s demand for effective production planning.

 

Enterprises said that exhibition fairs are good chance for them to hear voices feeding back from the consumers as well as market’s demands. From that, they can work out strategies for adaptive and suitable products for consumers, increasing competitiveness.

 

In Binh Duong, exhibition fair plays an prominent role in trade promotion. Therefore, local authority has offered favorable conditions for enterprises to introduce their product through prestige exhibition fairs which can also extend their markets.

 

In 2009, Provincial Center for Trade Promotion and Economics Information under Department of Industry and Trade has supported 52 local enterprises to participate in 7 big exhibition fairs. Meanwhile, some 15 enterprises are supported to attend international fairs.

 

The supportive program has helped enterprises to develop business and production which bring back multi-dollar contracts.

 

However, enterprises should consider before taking part in any exhibition fairs to prevent waste of time and money.

 

Department of Industry and Trade has planned to support enterprises in 2010 so that they can attend about 5 to 8 exhibition fairs, as demanded by People’s Committee.

 

The department, meanwhile, organize delegations to exhibition fairs and surveys of domestic and foreign markets. This supportive role will be effective in promoting market extension of individual enterprise.
