The provincial department of Trade and Industry on May 27 held a 5 year conference on implementing Decree No.134/ND-CP and partially summed up a 2 year-implementation of Decision No.136/2007/QD-TTg on the national Industrial Promotion Program 2012. According to the department, through vocational training and development, the industrial promotion (IP) helps businesses, industrial production workshops develop production and job placement.

Besides, assistance for IP activity helps bodies and individuals develop rural industrial production sustainably and enhance competitive ability.

The chairman vice Pham Hoang Ha highly assessed IP activity over the past time and adding that IP is in the right development and should shift economic structure towards industrialization and modernization.
