Le Thanh Cung, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee had a working reception with Mr. Loh Wai Keong, Chief Executive Officer, Southeast Asia Operations of the Singaporean-based Ascendas Group on investment and building of the Singapore Tech Park in Ben Cat district

on April 8.

At the working session, the two sides shared difficulties of the world economic crisis, some stagnant items of the Singapore Tech Park and so on.  

The vice chairman said that the local Committee will offer favorable conditions for the project’s completion.

The Singapore Tech Park (Ascendas- Protrade Singapore Tech Park) is a joint venture product between Ascendas Group and Binh Duong Production Import Export Company (Protrade). This project covers an area of 500 hectares and costs around US$100 million.
