The local Standards and Consumer Society summed up its activities 2009 on Jan. 29 morning. In the past year, the society received 11 complaints of customers and conducted 9 mediations successfully. Besides, propagations on legal knowledge were boosted with the dissemination of 8 rights of customers on media and so on.

At present, the society has set up 7 sub-societies across localities with the participation of 893 members. In 2010, the society will organize the 1st Standards and Customer Society Congress with the participation of 8 local prestigious businesses.
