Binh Duong Telecommunication just held a summing-up conference of its activities 2009 and launched tasks for 2010. In the past year, the sector developed 108 based transceiver stations (BTS), lifting total its stations up to 251, completing 5 3G stations at the inner town.

Besides, it developed 13,670 MegaVNN and IPTV subscribers, 18,601 post-paid Vinaphone subscribers, 9,162 Gphone subscribers and over 7,000 fixed telephone ones and so on. Its total revenue in 2009 reached nearly VND590bil, a 44% rise from last year. As planned, it strives to get a 20% rise of turnover in 2010.

Thanks to the above results, the sector was awarded an emulation flag by the PM in the last year. Moreover, it received merit certificates from the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group and local People’s Committee.
