Binh Duong Electricity Company vice director Le Minh Quoc Viet, said ‘Electricity of Vietnam has petitioned the Ministry of Trade and Industry to allow EVN’s electricity companies to receive registration of buying electricity with preferential price for poor households, low incomers and students in according to the Circular 05/2011/TT-BCT till April 15…’.

Accordingly, poor households, low incomers and students and lodgers must have electric consumption index under 50kWh per month. As for lodgers, the lodging house business owners must directly join in the registration.

The beneficiaries should contact electricity companies to receive registration cards with preferential prices.
