In 2020, Di An City disbursed VND271.6 billion from State budget for infrastructure investment. Particularly, the city started 18 new projects, checked and put 32 projects into use, continued carrying out 21 projects. Investing strongly in infrastructure is one of the city’s actions to expand the local urban development space towards the goal of becoming a dynamic, rich, beautiful and civilized city.

In order to develop Di An into a commercial city, taking advantage of logistics services, the city has mobilized resources to develop traffic infrastructure, contributing to building up the local civilized and modern space. Accordingly, the city’s traffic infrastructure system has been connected completely, especially traffic roads with inter-regional connectivity. In addition to investing tens of thousands of billions of dong in upgrading arterial roads, namely DT743, National Highway 1K or belt road 3 in wards of Di An, Tan Binh, Binh Thang, Binh An, the city has also mobilized capital resources to develop inner-city traffic projects with planning and quality ensured, contributing to guaranteeing the local goals on socio-economic development

Currently, the city is home to large-scale logistics centers with high specialization, providing full-package, diverse services, namely ICD Song Than, Binh Duong Port, TBS Tan Van ... and more than 40 small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, greatly contributing to the local State budget revenue. By the end of this year, provincial Department of Construction will start construction of a 6-lane overpass to handle traffic congestion at the 550 crossroads in the city.
