‘A multi central urban area showing many advantages of traffic congestion control, restriction of raising urban and rural gap and so on is applied by many developed nations’, stressed Le Thanh Cung, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee at a meeting with a consultant unit for project of Thuan An district socio-economic development on May 21.

The meeting included the participation of construction experts and socialists who gave comments to the project. Many said that as a developing locality, housing development planning should be focused on whilst industrial field should bound for depth and so on.
